Trek bikes just seem to work well for us. Ergonomically easy to adapt to and good quality parts. The clincher for us, over quite a few years, has been the excellent customer service delivered by the owner of the Kingston store and all of the staff. It’s pretty easy to tell that the team is happy and cohesive, a definite reason for our return visits for purchase and service.

This place is amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I’m from Ottawa, but I’ll take any excuse to make the trip to Trek Kingston for bikes and gear.

Trek has knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had my bike tuned up and they didn’t try to upsell me.
Service was prompt and friendly. They staff gave me good advice and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold which I am so tired of. I live in the neighborhood so your location is also super convenient.
