Friendly staff who greeted me as I entered the store.
Person who was helping me was smart enough to know that they needed some help answering an advanced technical question and immediately got some advice to answer it.

It was a great experience shopping at Trek Kingston. Beth helped me to order a bike and set it up. She is professional, patient, considerate and super nice, of course very helpful. Beth told me I can always come back if there is any part I don't feel perfect and they would fix it. It feels like my whole cyclying life would be taken good care of by them! Awesome!
The staff was incredibly helpful, and made me feel like they cared about my experience as a biker more than as their customer. They passed me between different team members according to individual expertise on the topics I needed help with, and helped me find the perfect bike, and some great deals on add-ons. A staff member devoted a lot of time to walking me through the maintenance process and how to care for my new bike as well.
Trek will continue to be my goto bike shop!

Service is fabulous and they keep all my bikes running far longer than their years deserve to keep going.
The Trek team said they would endeavour to have my bike back ro me within 24 hours but suggested 48 was likely. They got ,y bike to me within 24 hours which allowed me to get out Friday on what turned put to be my favourite ride this year!

Helpful and accommodating staff.
It's always a pleasure taking our bikes to Trek Kingston for service. The staff is friendly, and the service is done right the first time. I always look forward to riding my road bike after a tune-up at Trek. The shifting is smooth, the braking is perfect, and there are no strange noises from the chain. Prices are reasonable, and they always try to accommodate our schedule while in Kingston. I look forward to our next visit.

Had an issue I thought was a brake issue on my nearly new electric bicycle, however, service individual (thabks John!) took a look and saw it was a fender issue and fixed it right away so I was able to take it home instead of leaving it there on the the long weekend. Great service!
Online shopping allowed me to view your inventory and then drive out to the store to purchase the item I saw. The store is large and well played out. Woukd love more clothing and triathlon options!
