One thing I am not sure of, I had my bike tuned up in late winter/early spring. I did not ride in March and my wife and were away from April 1 to the end of May. Then again most of May until mid July. I rode 14 times (average 40 kms per time) before I brought my bike in for service July 30th. You replaced the front brake pads.
I am not complaining about the pad replacement, but why was this not done in the late winter/early spring. I can not imagine 14 rides wore my pads from being okay to needing replacement.
And yes I will return for future servicing.

First visit at your new location! Nice to have the extra square footage. Service was friendly, polite and helpful. I brought my F2 in for a tuneup and after a brief inspection said that I probably needed a less higher grade tuneup than I thought ws needed. Very thoughtful of them so I bought a pair of riding gloves! Bike was ready in 48 hours.

Everything. From my first visit to the store where I was largely trying to peruse and not be bothered, the staff approached and welcomed me and let me check everything out.

The second time, my wife came with me - the staff answered every question easily, and their expertise, services, and prices resulted in use ordering two bikes on the spot.

Upon the bikes' arrival, they called ahead, set up an appointment for us to come in, and spent an hour with us going over everything and ensuring we knew everything we needed to know.

This bike store is the best one I have ever entered, and the second best bike store is a long way from being as awesome as Kingston Trek. Well done, team - and thank you!

Helpful friendly

There are plenty of staff ready to look after us and they were all attentive and efficient.
My bike was ready earlier than expected, and I was notified by a text message. Someone helped load it on the bike rack.
The casual chats about biking from fellow enthusiasts felt good.
Also I asked and was shown possibilities in e-bikes, with no pressure to buy.
The explanation of assisted pedalilng was helpful.
