I was able to speak directly to a technician regarding my challenge. He recognized a way to assist. I was booked for service next day and it was done on time and without issues.
The most notable feature was the welcoming nature of your staff in every regard. We interacted with several staff members between drop off and pick up and each one had the most positive attitude. We will be back for all of our biking needs.

I called and told them I was an hour outside of Kingston, but I was coming into the city and I thought I would ask them if they could replace my tubeless tire. Much to my surprise and delight they changed it the same day. The service was excellent, and the employees that worked there that day were affable and very welcoming. I told him I had never been to Kingston before and they recommended restaurants and tourist attractions I could visit while my tire was being changed. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend this bike store to all my Cycling friends.

Great service and sales personnel who did not exert any pressure. They were confident in their product. Had every opportunity to test drive the bikes were were interested in. Care was taken to ensure the bikes were ready for pickup. No question went unanswered. An excellent experience.
