We have not had the opportunity to ride the bikes long distance. However, we are very pleased with the comfort and ride on short rides.

The team at Trek Kingston sets a new standard for customer service. Everyone that I spoke with over the phone and in person provided very helpful guidence and suggestions. Beth and John both took their time to review every aspect of the bike and ensured that understood how to look after and maintain my new FX 3. John even to the time to help me load it into my car in the rain without being asked.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got most of what we were looking for. The staff tried really hard and gave us options, but understood when we opted to go elsewhere for one item.

My current Trek mountain bike is starting to show its age. In a couple years when I’m in a place to buy a new one, I’ll definitely keep the store in mind.
