We have not had the opportunity to ride the bikes long distance. However, we are very pleased with the comfort and ride on short rides.

The team at Trek Kingston sets a new standard for customer service. Everyone that I spoke with over the phone and in person provided very helpful guidence and suggestions. Beth and John both took their time to review every aspect of the bike and ensured that understood how to look after and maintain my new FX 3. John even to the time to help me load it into my car in the rain without being asked.

Excellent customer service!

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got most of what we were looking for. The staff tried really hard and gave us options, but understood when we opted to go elsewhere for one item.

The reason we came into the store in the first place, was due to their sponsorship of an event and donation of prizes for kids race draw. Thanks for making events in our community happen!

My current Trek mountain bike is starting to show its age. In a couple years when I’m in a place to buy a new one, I’ll definitely keep the store in mind.

Excellent customer service and great products

Just went in to buy a couple of things and sales people were very informative.

I hate the location though. Not central and/ or not even close to the 401 when you have travel by highway to get there.

The staff are incredible! So helpful and looking for ways to make the experience better. They took their time and I never felt rushed or pressured. Explained things thoroughly and registered my new bike in a police database which was an appreciated extra step.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Trek since I bought my first bike in 2023. The employees are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I’ve come back for a tune-up and fender installation since and I’m seriously impressed. I love my Trek FX and Checkpoint, and I will be back for all my bike needs!
