Had an issue I thought was a brake issue on my nearly new electric bicycle, however, service individual (thabks John!) took a look and saw it was a fender issue and fixed it right away so I was able to take it home instead of leaving it there on the the long weekend. Great service!

Online shopping allowed me to view your inventory and then drive out to the store to purchase the item I saw. The store is large and well played out. Woukd love more clothing and triathlon options!

Informing me of bike features.Nice to have the bike setup
technician stationed at the store front where I could watch
and ask questions while he went over the bike.Did a fair bit
of research beforehand and thought that the Trek bike I
purchased was good value with quality components and
features that I believe will be beneficial for my riding experience.
Store stayed open 30 minutes past closing to make sure I was
satisfied and a manager even came out to give me suggestions
on transporting my new bike on my car rack.Left feeling confident
that if anything were to malfunction or even if I had any questions,
this store would be glad to help me out.

Bought two pairs of cycle shoes. The products were on sale so it was good value. The lady who helped me was friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Your entire team cares about the work they do but even more so, they genuinely care about the people they serve. You are all well trained, experienced, and passionate.

Special mention goes out to James, who I stuck with a bike that's cheap and difficult to get working properly. He did an excellent job, making it work better than I expected and went a step further to do things I didn't even request that made it that much nicer.

The smile on my fiancé's face and the joy in her voice when she discovered she could now ride her bike safely was proof of a job well done!

The support through the buying cycle and the after sales information was well beyond what we expected.
The whole experience was exactly that - a great experience. The staff are very well trained and very likeable. It appears that there is great leadership and full engagement from the staff.

Knowledgeable staff, at no point did I feel like I was being pressured into buying anything I didn’t want or felt like I didn’t need. They were kind and I always welcomed me warmly when I entered the store.

We really appreciated the care and quality of the tune up that we had done on our bikes this week. The staff were also kind and very good about communicating with us. We're very happy with the service!

It would have taken me a minute to type a few names into my phone when I stopped by your new location on June 19th to get a mirror installed on my handlebars and the brake caliper adjusted. Having "dementia," I forgot to do that.

Service: VERY timely (quickest turn-around EVER in this town, and I've been to them all). A small sample size (single service), but we'll see going forward. Also, I appreciate your tech's willingness and enthusiasm to step away from building a bike to ponder and advise (for at LEAST 10 minutes) a trainer/bike issue we had at home. RESPECT !

Products: Great show-room. Well stocked. And if it's not in stock, it can be delivered quick like a bunny. Trek's not cheap, but it's quality and you get what you pay for. I have NO problems with that.

We may well be back for a 2nd e-bike in a year or two cuz we're only getting older.
