The new location has a much larger showroom a wide range of products on display. There is a convenient area by the store for road testing bikes and lots of parking right by the front door.
As far as the Trek Verve II Electric bike goes, I have put over 5,000 km on mine and it has performed consistently well.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is outstanding! Nice people, lots of staff/help, very pleasant disposition from EVERYone with whom we communicated. My husband remarked “you don’t see service like this anymore” as we drove away (ebike tune-up.) The 90 minute drive from home was well worth it.
