I had been away from mountain biking for more than 10 years. I was very excited to receive the Trek Roscoe 8. It was much better than what I had before. For example,the Roscoe 8 was my first bike to have a dropper post. Mike and his staff provided me with excellent advices on their products and services. The aftersale services were excellent too.

The service at Trek Bicycle, Kingston is second to none. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always give great advice.
My bike was in for it's 6 month free service. It took about 2 hours. Although Trek Bicycle Kingston is over 90 kms away from our home, we will always take our bikes there to be serviced. Unless they open a second store in Brockville.
