The buying experience was comfortable - I ordered two bikes online, then Beth at Trek Kingston ensured we were getting the bikes we wanted, and kept us informed of progress while they were being shipped and built. The bikes were ready and waiting for us at our scheduled pickup time, and several staff pitched in to help us fit and accessorize. The staff are always friendly, and seemed nearly as excited as us about our new bikes. Our first rides were exactly as we hoped: the bikes feel comfortable, stable and efficient. We are looking forward to spending a ton of time on them now.
