Every time that I've walked in the store I've been treated with respects and with a true interest for what I'm looking for.
The service team is very professional. I get frequent updates on the status of my service, and a call if necessary. Just like with their products, the staff stand behind their service. If there is something that doesn't seem to be working the way that it's expected, they immediately inspect the bicycles to make sure that it's all working as it's supposed to. Otherwise, they get to work on whatever that needs to be fixed.
Trek bicycle always has great service, the people are very knowledgeable, and it isnāt intimidating at all for non cyclists. A lot of the stuff is expensive, but it is really high quality stuff.
Business is very close to my residence and staff are awesome...service on my bike was exceptional...friendly staff and service I can trust.
