The staff were very friendly and have great attention to detail. They made sure I was aware of all of my options for tune up/repair and what was absolutely necessary at this time and what I could hold off on fixing if I needed to. They also completed the tune up so quickly so I was ready to get back on the road! My bike is now riding so much better.

I understood that Trek was a well established local business known for quality bikes and after-purchase service. Yes, they have beautiful bikes of every description for every cycling enthusiast. And yes, their staff knowledge and skill is truly impressive. But the welcoming, kind, caring and patient level of attention was beyond any shopping experience I've had in a long time. They worked hard to adjust and adapt a bike for the perfect fit and comfortable ride. They seemed as genuinely happy with the outcome as I am! I highly recommend the team at Trek.
