The people at Trek Kingston are like family. I am greeted very warmly and cordially by everyone there. As well they are helpful and attentive to my purchasing and repair issues. My bike was repaired in a timely fashion. As well they had some helpful hints so the bike would not need the same kind of repairs in the future.
