Service is always very good here at Trek Kingston. They are quick to help you get your bike back on the road again and riding as soon as possible. I also appreciate that they will answer my many questions I have on bike mechanics, so I can keep my ride on the road between major mechanical break downs.

i use Treks services because they have always taken great care to return my bike in a safe and fully functional mode. Before taking action on an unknown problem , they consult before proceeding to resolve it. I have so much confidence now that I tell they fix whatever problems they find without consulting me. They are great technicians.

Everyone is so cycling-road-knowledgeable, friendly and helpful; remembering us as regular customers and understanding each of our "unique" needs/ cycling disposition. Repairs are always excellent as well.
