We are devoted to TREK products and more importantly huge fans of the terrific customer service we have always experienced at West Point Cycles going back many, many years. We have bought a lot of bikes from West Point because of their customer service and because they have such a great range of products. We recently purchased e-bikes after over a year of research looking into literally dozens and dozens of options. Based on our needs there were several bikes with comparable specifications and similar pricing. Our decision to purchase TREK e-bikes was based on our experience with West Point Cycles. We know they will be there for us for servicing needs and will cheerfully help with questions and even the most minor of issues. They treat every customer with respect, kindness and professionalism. Prompt, informative, great staff

Communication is good, staff are honest and defer to those around them with more experience when necessary. Not inexpensive, but I've always had a good experience with the shop.

Friendly and helpful: on the phone making a service appointment, dropping the bike off, advising of what will be needed and what the cost will be, sending a text when the service is complete and when picking the bike up.

My go to shop for service and high performance gear. Staff are top notch from top to bottom. The only time I wouldn’t recommend West Point is for a new bike purchase - prices are a bit less competitive.

Everyone is highly competent. Everyone is really friendly. Many times people have gone above and beyond to help me, to fix or replace items in a timely manner to help me get back on the road again. I’m hooked for life.

Kristen listened well to my bike questions and offered several options with clear descriptions about the variations in features among the bikes. She was attentive to all of my interests and made me feel welcome in the store.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that were very helpful in assisting us with finding the right bikes for our kids.

Best service of any bike shop I’ve been to. Low pressure sales, super helpful staff who don’t talk you into buying things you don’t need like other shops I’ve been to. Very honest. Also not many shops sell triathlon gear so that’s a huge plus.
