Good selection, quality products, helpful staff.

One thing you could improve is returns policy with gift receipts, 14 days is useless when people are buying Christmas gifts.

It is NOT Ok to share my name, contact info, purchase info etc. with the public or anyone else, including consultants working for you.

West Point is always my first choice. Knowledgeable staff have really helped me out in the past. Great at accessing hard-to-get parts. They found a Phil Woods bottom bracket for my 40 year old Ritchey after trying for two weeks to get the old one off - finally resorting to pouring Coca-Cola down the seat tube to loosen it. Thanks again people!! (The guy (Andrew) had Phil Woods phone # and phoned him directly). Also sourced chain rings that I was told were unavailable by other shops.

They are amazing. I had not been on a bike in years and they helped me feel comfortable and got me on my bike. (LoL) I’ve been in loads since, and every time they make you feel welcome. I recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or bike equipment. They are awesome!!

I have been coming to West Point since it was just two stores and have always found the staff pleasant and eager to help with all of my needs. Including the most recent visit to the Main street location where they set up the H2 so that I could test it out before finally purchasing it.

Long-established (I bought my first Mountain Bike at West Point Cycles, back in 1982) and reputable; friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff; high-quality, hard-to-find brands (Assos; Bontrager) either in-store, or easily and quickly delivered to store.
