What do you like about our products and services?

We have purchased 3 years ago a Trek Silque for my wife. We have always received excellent service and advice. I was at the Main Street location again on 25 July. The young man took care of our tire valve issue very rapidly. He also made other recommendations that seem very useful.

I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a bike, tune ups, or gear. Sara and Tim are great to deal with and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns, no matter how many times you go in. :)

For 16 years I have frequented West Point Cycles in Kerrisdale and most recently on Main Street. The service is generally personal and the maintenance of bikes is great. I am in the market for a new hybrid bike and I was impressed by the immediate interest of what exactly I wanted, needed and where I keep my bikes. Excellent service

I have never been to West Point and had bad customer service. They always work with me until I'm completely satisfied and happy. And they love bikes as much as me!

What do you like about our products and services?

While the main street store is small and has a limited supply and variety of bikes in house, they go in and out of their way to bring in and customize their bikes to better fit their customers. Never forcing their customers to make a purchase or impulse by. I haunted their store for almost a month, trying out bikes, taking out their bikes for test rides on rough terrain, and allowing me to shed any doubts I had about any given bike I was considering before I finally made my purchase - 2019 Trek Marlin 6.

I highly recommend going in for a purchase as their staff, (Sarah, Ethan, Dylan, and all the other staffers at the Main Street outlet) are very professional, and very approachable.

Great service. Had problems mounting my front pannier rack and brought it back in. Tremendous service. Ended up buying Ortlieb front panniers from the store as well. I've been coming to West Point Cycle for years but haven't had much need to buy so much. I'll. keep coming back, though.
