We love our new Trek bikes - Sara spent a lot of time with us and was so knowledgable in helping with the purchase of our bikes and accessories. Sara and Randy are so accommodating every time we drop in the store with questions or adjustments - the service they provide is the best.

No hard sell & very knowledgeable with regards to selecting the bike most suited to your needs.
Incredible service, both before the purchase with a written Quotation, and when it’s time to get fitted and rolling out the front door.
A real hands on approach from the moment I decided to buy a new bike to riding home on it a few days later.

Awesome employees, always very helpful and friendly. I like how the manager (I think she's the manager at least, slightly older woman) is always very involved and out on the floor, definitely seems to care a lot and that makes all the difference in experience.

Great service - wetsuit rental was easy and you even dealt with removing the tri-tatoos!

Would be nice to see more selection in store for biking accessories (helmets, lights, rain gear).

Great service! Staff is always polite, unflappable, prompt in tending to customers, proactive and never try to upsell. Bike fitting is top notch.

I can't comment on the variety or price of products as I don't comparative shop. They always have what I need, when I want it. Can't ask for anything more.
