What do you like about our products and services?

Although a few mistakes were made along the way (missing reflector, readjustment of the brake pads), the staff were excellent. They addressed all my concerns, and happily rectify my issues. I am more than happy with the staff.

The staff at West Point Cycles is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt buy my bike there but they are always happy to help me. I just purchased some cleats and the store advisor gave me detailed information on the brands, indoor cycling compatible cleats, pedals to match, and then offered to install on my shoes. I've always had outstanding experiences there.
