I like the products but you can get that anywhere. I come back for the service. You guys are great. You never steer me wrong (pun totally intended.) I never feel rushed, my questions are always answered, my bike is always taken excellent care of, and I always leave in a good mood. That’s why my first two bikes came from you guys and my next one will too.

Especially the service...there is no shortage of bike shops in the city and for me the customer service is very important. I was lucky to get help from Ben and other member of your team. In many shops no one notices the customer that wasn't the case at the Main location.

The service is clear, succinct and professional! I always trust them with my bike and that I will get it back in better shape than I expected. Always very helpful even if I pop in to get air filled in my tires.

I dropped by late Sunday afternoon to see if I might get advice on fixing or replacing a faulty shifter on an old bike, and was amazed that you looked at the bike immediately and fixed it for $15. Great service!

When I walked in the store the layout was spacious and nicely arranged. The staff were very knowledgeable and made purchasing my bike easy. They were able to answer all of my many questions...and then they loaned me a helmet so I could ride it home!
It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I have already recommended West Point Cycle to the couple admiring my new Brompton. When I returned the helmet the next day I was warmly
approached and she questioned me on how was i enjoying my bike. I needed some chain degreaser and she informed me on my product choices with some advice as to how i might
carry out this maintenance. Yeah! Well done.
