Chelsey was absolutely wonderful with me..I wanted to purchase a second bike over the phone (same bike purchased 2 years prior).Chelsey sorted it all out for me and we even sealed the deal over the phone long after closing hours. I'm so impressed. Chelsey is the reason I returned for this second purchase. We're also interested in 2 e bikes. I will definitely be contacting Chelsey!

I've been to a lot of mountain bike stores in Vancouver over the years, and honestly these guys are second to none. Service is fantastic; fast and thorough. Seriously recommend mountain bikers to try them out
