I came in to replace my helmet and get some information on a bike. The sales person, Randy, was very helpful and spent the time needed to find the right brand and size of helmet, inform me of the new helmet construction and philosophy, as well as giving me some information on a bike. I'm not sure exactly when I will buy a new bike - it was good get to start getting some information to consider.

I greatly appreciate all the work of the staff: they know very well their products, give good advice and are always available to help you.
I recently order an FX3 disk bike with several "options" (fenders, backrack, kickstand, anti theft front axle, ...): my bike was ready the day after and perfectly mounted. Since then, I do my 100km per week without any issue.

your staff are fantastic. Every time I go into the store, I am greeted by a staff member who is both friendly and knowledgeable, as well as willing to go the extra mile. At my most recent visit, Randy assisted me to find new pedals, and even called the other store to get my colour of choice shipped over; in the meantime he offered to put on temporary pedals. Top notch!
