Did a good job cleaning up my bike and replacing parts. Shop is clean and professional looking. Only issue is that several items were duplicated on the workorder when they transferred my bike from another shop, leading to a much higher cost than expected. After I questioned the price, they promptly found and fixed the issue. Accidents happen and I appreciate that they handled it in a professional way.

They were friendly, competent and answered all my questions and took care of my needs without being pushy. They assembled my bike, added the accessories I ordered and offered a free maintenance check a year later. Highly recommend.

Hugh was very helpful with recommending tri shoes, and Sarah was awesome fitting me, selecting the appropriate pair and fitting a new bike helmet into the budget!
Definitely recommend the drive as the staff is amazing.
