The item I intended to purchase was not available contrary to what the website stated. None the less, I was adviced immediately and refund was made immediately. Yes, I would recommend WPC due to their efficient customer service considering the times we are now facing.

Andrew was wonderful to deal with. Professional, detail-oriented and customer-focused. We had a bit of a hiccup with an online bike order - he quickly found a win/win outcome to remedy the situation. I recently bought another bike from another shop - I wish I had purchased it from Westpoint Cycles instead! Will recommend to friends and family.

Good service by experienced staff. My gears run very smoothly now! They respected social distancing and wiped my bike down many times. I realized they are as worried about catching coronavirus from me as I am from them! What a world.
