I love my bike, I have gotten very good expert advice about what bike and accessories/clothing to buy. The people who work there actually ride and by passing their experience to me, I'm sure they've saved me lots of money, and setting me off with the correct equipment has made riding much more enjoyable.
The products they carry are high quality and function well, so much more valuable than trying random items online.
Every experience I have had in their store was perfect, the level of service is incredible, and I am there 5 or 6 times a year for either sales or service, very well run.

We had another great experience with the staff who were eager to help and aficionados of Bromptons. Despite a monthlong backlog of bike tune ups we were fit in and they informed us that we could use a coupon despite not knowing one existed.

It was my first time buying a brand new bike so I was pretty nervous. Joko was AMAZING! He was so patient with me. He answered all my questions and really helped me understand everything I needed to know. He was not at all pushy. He was really nice and made me feel valued as a customer. I had some short interactions with some of the other staff and they were all really nice and chill as well. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.
