For the twenty years that I've been buying bicycles and gear from West Point Cycles, the service and quality of products has been absolutely consistent and of the highest order. They always stand behind their service and products when problems arise (which is inevitable when moving parts are involved). West Point Cycles also participates in supporting charitable causes and the arts, helping to make our community stronger.

I didn't catch the name of who was helping me, but they were super nice, friendly, and helpful. Even though I was only buying a small item, they talked me through each of the options and the pros & cons of each.

I'm definitely going to be coming back and will recommend this shop because I felt like whoever was working would take the time to help me make the best decision for myself.

Ordered online for pick up and despite being busy when I showed up, they very quickly got through and helped me by getting my order. They had what I needed and the staff was great.

Very quick, efficient and friendly service to straighten the shift/break handle after I had a fall and replace my handlebar mirror, chain was put back onto. All fixed and I was on my way.
