I was greeted immediately u-on entering the store. I have complete confidence in the maintenance guys - they fix what needs fixing, and the fact that I had made an a—ointment meant that I had my wheels back in less than two days.

Customer service is amazing. I was helped by several of your staff from the moment i ordered the bike to picking it up, then the 1 month check and bike fit. They were all very helpfull and friendly specially Randy, whom I bombarded with all my questions and he was patient, knowledgeable and thorough with all his answers. The bike fit really made a difference.

Every visit to WPC has been easy and the staff are helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. We really appreciate their care and attention to detail, even when it means taking more time or ordering in something special. I highly recommend them, and we have bought several bikes now in ever increasing sizes for our girls as they grow!

Very pleasant and competent help on our first visit to the Main Street location. Headlight I wanted ordered from the Point Grey store. Tubes I needed in stock. My wife invested in new gloves. We will be back. We live in North Burnaby so the Main street location is much more convenient.
