I was pleasantly surprised to find a product I had been looking for - that hasn't been available at other shops - for a very long time.
The part I needed wasn't immediately available, so the manager offered another - from a higher level groupo - for the same price. Excellent customer service.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The item I needed was out of stock at that location so they helped me to sort out a different solution (better one!) that avoid going to a different store. Really appreicate that.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I really appreciated the extra time all the staff members took to explain the issue I was having while doing my own home repairs. Rather than "up-selling" me to bring my bike in, they patiently helped me to troubleshoot.
