Friendly staff & a great website where it's easy to see what products are available and in-stock. I don't know any bike stores other than Bicicletta that have a good working website so that's a huge bonus.

West Point team is most awesome!
My parts were ready and when I needed a couple more things they were so fast to provides the parts. There is a small issue in that while waiting I was really tempted to buy a new Trek Racing team bike! But as a cyclist - the right number of bike is N+1

Fantastic service, quality products. We arrived close to closing time on a day they were very busy and short-staffed. We thought we'd install the parts ourselves in the parking lot to get away from the rush. The team made a point of coming outside to see if we needed any help & offered to bring us back into the shop just as the rush cleared. I'm grateful for their attention and thoughtfulness.

Your online service is terrific. Good to have a go to Bike shop for getting bike parts. Your inventory information was very helpful. I was able to check availability, current stock status, and delivery service and was notified promptly of the delivery of my ordered part. I choose your Main Street location for pick up. Although it is in a busy part of Vancouver, your store provides plenty of on site parking for both cars and bikes and the bike routes make your store highly accessible.
