Great service

Extremely HELPFUL and friendly!!!!!

i needed some brake pads for my disc brakes, and the mechanic set me up, and explained how to fix my own bike. Before i left, they said to call if any questions. Well, after a few hiccups, i did call, and then brought my bike in for some final tweaks to get it all running smooth again!

She looked but couldn't find the item I needed immediately and took my phone number and called me back when she was able to locate it. The staff are very responsive and attentive. Catches you right away to provide assistance. Online is great, but it is very tough to buy cycling shoes on line without trying. If possible try to have more in store for trying and sizing.

Mark was excellent! I felt he did a great assessment of what my bike needed for service which I felt involved in. I have often found interactions at bike shops to be a bit unpleasant - mechanics that assume I know nothing about bikes, and making me feel bad about not maintaining things properly (like going to the dentist!). The outcome is that my bike looks and feels amazing, and I have a great understanding of everything that was done and why. Can't wait to head out for a ride later this morning!
