The employees were very welcoming. The young lady who assisted us was extremely helpful and very sweet with my 4 yrs old grandson. She gave good recommendations and a nice little bike was selected. The little 16 inches bike is well built, appealing and easy to ride for a little toddler.
The store is big with plenty of room to walk around and easy to look at the bikes compare to other bike stores where you can't reach the bikes because they are all stacked together.
I will be back for a bike for myself.

Since I bought my bike three years ago, I have been back to the Main Street store 5-6 times, and each time the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. I love my Trek bicycle, and thanks to the gang at West Point, it continues to ride like it did the day I bought it.

Brought my bike in to have the brakes checked after receiving a recall notice. The service department did the test immediately after I arrived. In addition, they did a quick check of the bike and adjusted the derailleur which had been causing me some grief with shifting. Chatted with the techs who were very helpful. Very happy with the service.

Is it possible to purchase an individual key for the front and back wheels, so I can do my own puncture repairs? I bought the Trek at your store and it had been a demo, so I didn't get any keys and I only need the one, rather than a set

Your online service is terrific. Good to have a go to Bike shop for getting bike parts. Your inventory information was very helpful. I was able to check availability, current stock status, and delivery service and was notified promptly of the delivery of my ordered part. I choose your Main Street location for pick up. Although it is in a busy part of Vancouver, your store provides plenty of on site parking for both cars and bikes and the bike routes make your store highly accessible.
The young man who helped was super responsive and helpful.
