I highly recommend their comprehensive bike maintenance service because they provide:
- Prompt communication on the completion of service;
- Good recommendation of upcoming tubeless tire maintenance workshop;
- Detailed explanation on the different kind of services for the tubeless tires at different times; and
- Courteous and professional technicians.
Extremely professional and still able to simplify explaining things to customer who may not understand technical jargon. I’ve been getting my bikes here since I was a child (over 50 years) and this is the first place I will recommend to friends when they are looking for a bike or for repair.
