This is in regards to the service department & specifically the technician that did the One Year Anniversary servicing on my bike. My husband & I were both delighted that he listened to our concern about the type of brakes it came with and contacted the maker. Yesterday I had a much more relaxing 4 hour bike ride knowing the the new brakes are much much more reliant .

Took my Bike in for a long overdue service. All repairs were explained clearly. Friendly Employees and Prompt Service which I have found to be the case on numerous occasions of shopping at the store.
