Staff... and all the stores are good for some reason...like the service which is fast and personal, sympathetic, and great value as they genuinely act on things that matter: pricing, expediency, repair turn around, availability/back orders and custom ordering (which they see through till complete BETTER than others).
I now prefer to get services and product from Westpoint staff:

...who know their stuff and are fast at finding product, price matching, services mentioned above.
Better than most other stores around for the above reasons and they keep good hours
P.S. they don't rush you out near closing time which is a big thing for me.

Bob was very patient in helping me choose a helmet and a pannier. Adjusted the mountings of my panniers even though it was a surprisingly complicated process and took awhile. Remounted my bike lock holder. Everything done with care and finesse. Thanks Bob!

I am getting back into cycling after a decade long sabatical and needed help navigating all the all the changes and improvements that have been made to cycling clothing - I was feeling overwhelmed by the wide range of products and styles and prices - I needed help making informed decisions that would match up with my riding goals - i didn’t need the highest end gear but I also wanted quality and to invest as appropriate into the key pieces of riding gear such as quality riding shorts. It’s a busy store and there was a wait to get service, but I very much appreciated the the time that Tim took to get me set up with shoes, cleats, shorts, gloves and a few accessories. No mansplanning - just good old fashioned technical advice anf not no hard sell. It was truly a very positive shopping experience and I felt really good about the purchases I made. In addition, they installed the cleating system on my shoes and installed the few accessories, pumped up the tires anf had me on the road the same day. It also felt good to support a loca store that been around forever because of their awesome service! Christina
