Good service. You took my bike at a busy time and had it repaired within 2 days. However, I was surprised that my dead SRAM rear derailleur which was less a year old was not immediately warrantied. I had to pay and wait for SRAM to pass judgment on the warranty. Is this normal?
Lots of selection. Helpful staff. I lost my paperwork (I lose a lot of things) and the store manager reprinted everything and emailed it to me. Life saver!

We have bought our last 5 bikes from Westpoint Cycles in the last 20 years. The selection of bikes is impressive, and the sales staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And when you need any servicing or adjustments, they are able to pinpoint the problem and fix it quickly and at a very affordable cost. What is not to like???
Very happy with my Trek FX 3. Two years of almost daily riding and zero issues, except new brake pads, which is expected.
