My bike is close to10 years old and still in excellent shape. No pressure from sales personnel, but advice and recommendations were generously given. Actual service was excellent when requested.

The bike service is the best on every aspect. The staff is patient, knowledgeable, answer questions in detail. They searched several days to find the right parts for replacing the weared parts on my 10+ year old bike and gave me a precise quote for me before ordering. I eventually decided not to go with the replacement and service. They did not charge me any for their precious time spent. I am ordering a new bike from the store.
I was ready to be without my commuter for extended period, they magically have the repair work done the next day. So fortunately to have them in the neighborhood.

Had a flat tire on my Trek Ebike at home when I was about to start a bike ride. Tried to fill it with air but air leaked out. Rode it to West Point with the flat tire with difficulty. When I got there they fixed the flat within an hour and I was on my way with a nice bike ride. Excellent service. They really care about their customers.

Fiona (I hope that is the young ladies name) was absolutely fantastic. I had called to make sure that you had a kids helmet for my grand daughter. When we arrived at the shop she asked our grand daughter if she was looking for a pink or purple helmet, which made our little girl get a big smile. She then offered us a number of pink and purple helmets. Our grand daughter had a huge smile.
