I like the service we received from the staff at the Kerrisdale shop. There was one minor glitch ion our most recent purchase, however, it is being addressed accordingly and to my satisfaction. I have always used this shop for all my bike maintenance for other bikes that I have owned, and I will continue to do so with our most recent purchase.
