The bikes they sell are out of my league, but the repair service is excellent.
The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I needed a tire change and they changed it on the spot and had me out the door quickly. They also helped put my bike in my car - very helpful and thoughtful. I would recommend installing an automatic door opener. It will make it easier getting the bike(s) in and out.
I am not a cyclist and purchasing a bike can be very confusing and intimidating. Both sales reps were very helpful educating me on choices and made the process very easy.
