Always a great experience at The Bike Lane. Went in to check on delivery of my new Trek Allant+9. Right?!?! Maybe someday but none of this is TBL’s doing. But after talking bikes and telling them I have to ride something, they showed me a few options and I walked out with a new Surly Bridge Club in my size. Thanks Bike Lane, great to be riding again.

1. Have appointments for repairs in addition to walk-in.
2. possibly have someone whose sole duty is to check-in bikes for repair so it is a no-wait situation instead of having to wait for the tech to help check-in.
