Your staff is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve already bought 3 bicycles from you plus tons of accessories. I will certainly come back for another bikes or accessories when my kids will outgrow their current gear (which is soon I’m afraid).
Extremely professional. I'm a casual rider and they treated me with the same respect as a tour-de-france rider. I will always remember that. Plus the stout and muffins were outrageous.

Derek! I've known Derek since the Bike Lane was established in 2001. When I hand my bike off to Derek for maintenance or repair, the job is ALWAYS done right. Derek is a true professional and a treasure.
This is not intended to diminish the other Bike Lane staff. They are all good. I just wanted to point out that Derek has been a Bike Lane anchor.

I only just bought my first bike at The Bike Lane. It is a Trek Marlin 7 and looks really good. It took almost 6 months to arrive since I first ordered it but I understand that is a supply issue so I was prepared for the wait. TBL did keep me well informed on the progress of my order and despite the last minute $100 price hike due to increase shipping charges, they at least softened the blow by offing a $20 voucher towards store merchandise. I got a kick stand which didn't come with the bike and was $20 so it worked out nicely.

I feel like follow up for customer service is really lacking. The sales and help in store is great! However, I am fairly sure that they accidentally gave my son’s bike that we had ordered during Covid to another customer. We ended up getting the next size up which thankfully worked out, but it was not the size we originally ordered. Also, we had ordered a water bottle cage when we purchased his bike in January. I forgot about it and called months later to see if it had arrived. No return call. I called again this week and they had them in stock, but if I hadn’t called I’m not sure if I would have ever known.

Friendly and honest service
I came in twice this week - once to drop off an old bike for service, and once to sell you an old bike for store credit. On both occasions I was quickly and fairly dealt with - the staff's love of bikes shows.

Your team at Springfield did not tell me I needed a cassette and chain wrench to setup the $999.00 saris trainer I bought. It is especially galling because I went to the store has intending to purchase the $299 Liquid2 trainer and I had my bike on the store to ensure the fit. I had researched the Liquid2.
It is very discouraging that you would sell me the H3 without mentioning the need for the cassette and wrench. I am a novice cyclist. How can I be confident of your support if I chose to shop with you. You are very local to me, so I want to Shop Locally, but I need better services

The staff is wonderful, but at this stage I need to find bikes used to be able to afford them. I haven't been into the shop since pandemic--so do not know if you still carry the clothing and accessories you used to--a great, close resource for tubes and bags.

I love dealing with the mechanics! They are all very personable and helpful. I have been into the shop on more than a few occasions and they have been very accommodating, they have gone out of their way to help me and make sure I was taken care of. I needed a tweak here or there... They would throw my bike on the stand and just give it a turn. That is service! That is the reason I just brought my full build to the shop! I knew I could trust any one of the techs taking a wrench to my bike(s). GREAT SHOP!
