I love the store and I enjoy that I know most the folks there but I’d keep the recommendation for serious riders only.
Unfortunately the repair didn’t work. After I rode the bike for about 5 miles, the the pedals started wobbling again the bottom bracket, just like before.
I don’t think the original tech listened to me when I told him that one of the threads was stripped, rather than a locknut just needing to be installed.
Can you please send somebody to pick up this bike for proper repair? I don’t have time for these repeat visits.

Excellent place with folks who are highly knowledgable and passionate for where they work.
I ignorantly stopped over on Monday when you guys were closed. But some folks were there and helped me out anyway. I got a chance to see your Reston store with nobody in it and got my bike back a day later.
Not only that, the mechanic did a very good job of working with what I had and made it better without overwhelming me with replacements.

I liked that your staff was very attentive, that they welcomed me when I walked in and provided me with support.
