I brought my bike in to have the rear tire checked for frequent flats. Your mechanic quickly found a small piece of glass and removed it free of charge. He even remembered my name from a service a had done 18 months ago! Your team is friendly and has great customer service. Thank you!

It took a long time for my Trek dual sport 3 bike order to arrive, but Bikelane kept me well informed of the delivery status. We purchased my husband's bike from a Trek bike shop and we decided not to purchase our other bikes from them. Bikelane offered us discounts on accessories, and as a customer you get free lifetime tune ups on your annual maintanence. This is great customer service considering you are spending $700 and up on your bike! Thanks Bikelane in Springfield!
