I brought my bike in for repairs and waited 3 days for an estimate- no email response. When I called I was told it wouldn't be until two more days because of the high volume of repairs.
I finally went back and took my bike back home. It's a really nice store, good techs as far as I could see.

Friendly staff, from intake to explaining the work, to pick up. I appreciated the non-technical explanation of the work needed to be done, ahead of them writing up an official quote. And I appreciated they could work on my 40-year old three speed, which has no monetary value, but I did not want to see it in the landfill, and it's all the bike I need for riding on paths to the library and the pool.
We grabbed 2 bikes from this store on Sunday and we couldn't have been happier with their team and their service. They were super knowledgable, polite, and efficient. I also felt the pricing was fair. Would highly recommend this store/company to anyone in the Herndon/Reston area looking for a quality and reliable bike shop.
