This was my first visit to the Bike Lane. I dropped off a bike for a basic tune up on Sunday 13 August. I was told at that time that the bike would be ready on Thursday 17 Aug or Friday 18 August. By 18 Aug, I hadn't heard anything from the shop. I called on Friday 18 Aug and was told that the bike was still in queue (no one had started the repair yet) and that it would be ready on Tuesday 22 Aug or Wed 23 August. I did receive notification on 22 August that the bike was ready and I picked it up on 22 August. I was hoping to get the bike back last week to give to my daughter before she left town. If the cats had told me on 13 August that the repair would take a week and a half, I would have taken it to another shop....
Friendly and knowledgable staff that made me feel welcome.
Your prices are reasonable. You are located less than 1 mile from my house and right off the W&OD Trail. Your staff is always very helpful. Your techs do good work. Did I leave anything out? You run a good, fair business.

The service I received went above and beyond my expectations! My bike was repaired in a timely manner and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me size for a new bike.
I feel that their pricing is fair, especially bike tune ups. Everyone was nice and helpful there, and I love their coffee! It was my first visit there. The employees were very helpful. I like that they are a family-owned business. I like how I can enjoy a beer or a cup of coffee and sit outside. Nice concept!
Quick estimates of time and cost. I liked the ticket with a detailed cost breakdown when I dropped off my bike. Derrick was so good.

Derek the mechanic was awesome. I stopped in due yo my own apprehension at installing a quick link on my bike that didn’t have one originally. A simple job I know, but I also know my track record of taking things apart, which I’m very good at, and then being stumped on the re-assembly. In order to learn I asked Derek if I could watch to learn. and he cheerfully said “yes”. He was yet another great representative of Bike Lane’s terrific service- from sales, to fitting to beer!
