Everyone was friendly and professional, offering me advice and guidance. Mark was especially helpful and Demis made sure my beautifully refurbished bikes were ready to roll when we arrived on foot to ride them home. I would not hesitate to return for service and products in the future.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your team started off great as we came by to drop-off the bike for a tune-up on a Monday when you were closed, but one of your employees let us drop it off anyway. Great service! But it was downhill from there. We called back on Thursday morning to see if we could pick it up and were told it had not been worked on yet. Later Thursday we received an email invoice for ~$115 for the tune-up which said the work had been completed. A couple of hours later we received a call saying the work had not been done yet, but it was now $300+ and the bike would not be ready until the following Wednesday. I then came in Wednesday morning to pick it up and was told it was not done yet so I would need to come back.

After the initial great impression, everything else was poor - from communication to timeliness to completion of work.
