I was told a repair would be $30. When I came to pay, it was $50. I am not sure I would have agreed to the work if I knew that was going to cost that much.
I knew almost nothing about e-bikes when I walked in the door, and the sales person was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. The bike has been perfect for my needs, and it's working great. I'll definitely be back for some food and gear soon!
I loved your shop and the great service. Unfortunately it’s a long drive (I used to go to the Old Keene Mill location quite often).

Very personal service
I was greeted by Tom, who encouraged me to try e-bike while I was looking for a hybrid. Since I was riding the bike after many years, he cheered me and answered all the questions I had. He also showed me different options that matched my choice in bikes and later also showed some good accessories. His encouragement and all the information shared, helped me get my bike right then! I look forward to attend some events being organized by the store and shop more as I get to buikd more endurance.

Good work, but repairs are slow - 19 days in my case. Need to work out delivery issues with UPS. Apparently the part needed to repair my bike was readily available but shop was not open when UPS attempted to deliver. I will continue to use bike lane if I'm not pressed for time.

I came in for a rear tire flat evaluation and new bike helmet. BL heard my need to maximize safety because lots of family members need me to come home from riding. Now, I have a helmet-lights combo that enhances my visibility to all drivers, even truckers. And, I’ve a lead on Garnin tech that’ll alert designated contacts in case of an incident. I ride along alot—this is appreciated information. Lastly, I needed a recommendation for a hitch bike carrier and got it.

Purchased Domane road bike during Covid (3rd bike from Bike Lane) and really happy I did. Great compliment to my riding inventory, snappy, light, fast.
Love the service department mechanics who’ve worked on my bikes to include an update and rebuild of a 520 touring bike with new components. The 520, not the fastest, prettiest, or lightest, but it continues to be my favorite long ride bike even though it’s 15+ years old using “dated” technology.
Plus, when riding the W&OD and passing by the Reston shop, Todd brews some tasty suds. Stop by for refreshment.

Just bought a Trek Fuel EX-7 and they helped me set it up and the customer support they provide is excellent!
I thought prices were a bit too high. Other than that, I like that he service is friendly and helpful.
So far, I've only done the bike maintenance class, and wandered around the shop. The class was great. I wish it was more hands on, but it was a large class, so that would have been difficult. As far as the store itself, from looking around they have a very large selection, and the staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable.
Friendly services and quick completion; the Bike Lane installed the brakes on my son's bike when I couldn't get them to work.
