Jeff was fantastic. He was calm and patient. His passion for cycling was made it easy for him to help a novice like myself. Got me set up with what I needed to get out on the road and told me how to prioritize future purchase. No over selling just high end customer service! Thank you Jeff. I was totally blown away by my first visit to this location. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable- I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold, which was the first time I’ve ever experienced this at a bike shop. There was everything I needed and I got my bike road ready after a long hiatus in 24 hours.
I am completely happy with the service and the staff were genuinely cool people who love bikes as much as I do. :) I will be back.

I had a specific item I wanted to buy (a brand of MTB gloves) that your website said was in stock at the store, but when I got there it was not in stock. So I got another brand. Not a huge deal and overall the store was nice with pleasant and helpful staff.
