I received lots of great help from staff - I was very indecisive and was in the store pretty much until closing time but the staff never rushed me or appeared to be impatient with me. On the contrary they continued to try to help me find the perfect helmet :).
I ordered a part from the website that I needed for my bike. It said the item was in stock for either delivery or store pick up. I requested delivery. I expected to receive the part in a few days. Upon processing the order, I was sent an email saying delivery was likely to exceed the normal 7-10 business day turnaround normally targeted. Had I known this, I would have ordered elsewhere. Others could deliver in 2-5 business days. Wish the web site indicated expected delivery times before placing the order. Part arrived 12 bus days later. All good, just timing was frustrating.
