Bought a new Kona Sutra LTD and picked it up on July 31st. All the staff I had helping me were great. Special shout-out to the guy working the desk in the service area who also owns a Kona Sutra LTD who spent some time chatting with me about it, helped me figure out how the shifting works so I could get riding home. I'm not a local, but if I knew folks looking at buying a bike in Toronto I'd definitely let me know to try out Sweet Pete's. Thanks!

I was buying bike accessories and while in the middle someone came in to look at a bike. I was left at the cash waiting.
I completed the purchase and left disappointed at the service and will not return to B side.
Went to the main shop dealing with a very tall helpful gentleman and provided my some straps for Bordo lock as my locks didn't come with the straps. He went beyond being helpful and will return to the main shop.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff and store has what I need.
One thing I recommend doing is providing a pamphlet or webpage to a new bike owner on how to maintain their bike.

To have my bike serviced after making the mistake of taking it to another retailer late in June.. instead of servicing my bike they made it un rideable ...Your team were able to identify the issue the other retailer had created and fixed it very quickly with a full explanation of what had gone wrong. There work and professionalism is much appreciated .
