I came into your shop to buy a bike. Your guys were going to assemble one that was in a box and call me later that day so I could come in and try it out. Five days later, and I’ve heard nothing, despite leaving voicemails. I went and bought the same bike from another shop. You don’t pick up your phone, and you don’t return your voicemail. I get the clear message, whether it is intended or not, that your customers are not important to you.
