I thought the service was fantastic. This is the first bicycle I personally purchased for myself, so I was a bit out of my depth, but John F was very kind and knowledgeable in our emails.

Overall I'm happy with Sweet Pete's Bike Shop. My order was placed online. The product I ordered on May 5th was not available at the shop but rather had to be ordered from the supplier. I received the product May 22nd - so roughly two and a half weeks turn-around time which I suppose is reasonable. Overall I'm satisfied.
Chloe was wonderful and patient with my 5 yo son and helped him find the perfect bike to learn on!
The service department were very thorough and kept me informed of any additional work that needed to be done. I would return for any additional servicing of my bike and recommend them to all my friends and family.
Customer service was inconsistent. Most staff were really great but one staff member attended to a customer that walked in without acknowledging that I had already been waiting for service.
Great experience
Location for myself. Riding up several hills on busy Bloor corridor. No local streets for test driving bikes with hills off the major Bloor st. Not really convenient for getting bike to & fro for service etc.
i am aware that local transit (subway stations with elevators) is available , although I have not explored that route. Also not sure about TTC policy on transporting E-Bikes.
Over all staff are friendly, knowledgeable , & helpful. Products are top of the line I believe.
