I've been coming to Sweet Pete's for a long, long time (15 or more years) and I've never had a bad experience. I feel that the staff are helpful without an agenda, meaning I've never felt pressured into buying something. I'm given options and a practical solution to my needs. I'm not a competitive cyclist, and I'm not looking for some mountain trail to conquer - I just ride my (old) bike. And I've never felt that I don't belong at Sweet Pete's. I don't even think about going to another bike shop and this is why I keep coming back.
Thank you to Mitchell for all of his help with my bike today! He was very patient and very kind, I really appreciated that he put my needs first and made suggestions that were the best for my fit. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to this shop, and will be back myself :)

The person who helped me was really great. They were very knowledgeable and helped me get the right bike without being pushy or overly sales oriented. I was out bike shopping because my bike had been stolen the day before. I went to a number of shops and talked to a few CSRs that day. The person who helped me (going by the receipt, it was Luna) was the only one who reacted with sympathy - everyone else was more along the lines of 'what are ya gonna do eh' - it's a little thing but it meant a lot.
Very happy with my experiece overall. This was my first purchase at your store but it definitely won't be my last. Thank you!

Good selection and prices. Excellent customer service. I realized with quite some delay that the kickstand I finally was installing on my daughter's bike had been missing a critical part. Despite the issue being discovered >30d after my purchase, they graciously exchanged the item for a complete one. They were also quick to look for the replacement for me and contacted me to come in for the exchange. 5* from me!
