Sales person not very educated on the bikes they sell. It was almost like having a self checkout like at the grocery store. And the bikes come with nothing but a receipt. No documentation on the bike itself (like what kind of front shock and how to maintain or adjust it), no education or safety material.
Like why am I going to the bike shop to buy a bike?
Because I want some sort of added value to the purchase. Sweet Pete's disappointed in this regard. Not just this time, the last few times.
Returning the bike- the check up takes a long time.
But other than that, the bike was great the service too.

The ordering process was easy online. I had to adjust the order and that was handled in a timely manner with no fuss. The order was fulfilled and delivered in a minimal timeframe which was great and all the products were present and in excellent shape.
