Given bike rental with no charger.
Battery only lasted 3 hours rental was for 25 hours. Battery is smaller than normal emtb.
Was given a 25% discount but the whole rental ruined my weekend plans I had a huge inconvenience bringing the bike back downtown on bike rack hitch because I couldn't ride it back.

The whole purchase process was very easy. Everyone was great to deal with and the bike is awesome.
Your employees sound distracted and provide wrong info (bike will be done on Wednesday (in 6/7 days) while I was told in 1 day at first. Then I got the message the next day it is done. It's a minor thing and everything is good, but if I had to interact with them every day it would be frustrating.
The staff is knowledgeable about the products good advice when you are either buying or repairing your bike I found A few accessories a bit pricey but hey that’s me
The service is always excellent and people are knowledgeable and friendly. That said, I have noticed prices climbing and climbing; where before I would just totally trust pricing at Pete's, I now find myself comparing to prices elsewhere for the same items. I understand that pricing is more difficult these days, but I saw my e-bike servicing rise from $100 last year to $145 this year, a huge increase in my humble estimation.
From the first time I came here with a collapsible bike that was well past its due date, the staff have been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The services I have received have been astoundingly quick, perfectly thorough and accurate, and don't hurt the wallet.
I also purchased my replacement collapsible from here and very much appreciate the post-purchase assessment, as it caught an error in the manufacture that would have been potentially destructive down the road!
It is the first bike shop I've been to that I do truly actually recommend to folks.

The last repair was on a bike bought from Sweet Pete's, ridden only for 2 seasons. I feel that there should have been a discount given the issue, and the fact the bike has been well cared for and not misused.

Products I can generally get anywhere. The shop is a pleasure to walk into, always clean and organized. Bike selection is fantastic.

The customer service provided by Mr. B. Robinson went above and beyond. For this very reason I would highly recommend anyone in need of anything bicycle related to deal with Sweet Pete's Bike. However, I have not received the parts I ordered to relay the quality or their fit.
When I dropped my bike off on Sunday, June 8th, I was quoted ~$100 for all the discussed repairs (materials plus service), and was told that my bike would be ready by Wednesday, June 11th at the latest. I was also told that any additional work/repairs would be discussed over the phone before anything was done. Wednesday rolled around and I didn’t hear anything from the store but decided to give a day buffet so called on Thursday and they said that my bike was scheduled for June 22nd. After chatting more they said they would take a look at it ASAP and I received a text message at the end of the day saying it was ready. I was shocked when I picked up my bike that the total came to ~$450 and I hadn’t received a call about any additional work or cost. Part of the reason I left my bike at the store and didn’t attempt some of the repairs myself was that I was pleased with the cost, at least the original cost. Know what I know after the fact, there is no way that I would’ve had everything done that I did. There was also a new rotor put on that added ~$100 to the bill without me being asked. And had I not followed up, the deadline would’ve been missed by over a week. All in all, fairly disappointed and likely will not be come back for future service.
