Mitch did incredible work with my Retul bike fit! Incredibly knowledgeable, game-changer for my riding! The use of hard data and knowledge + experience to adjust my ride in was incredible. I never knew it could feel so awesome to ride! I highly recommend getting a Retul fit with Mitch.

Great selection, really knowledgeable staff. James answered all my questions and really listened to what I was looking for in terms of the bike. No pressure or upsell, which I very much appreciated and he let me know where to invest and what else it might be not worth the money. His no pressure approach and time he took to work with me on the right bike was what made me buy from Sweet Pete's. Will be back when I need a new bike, service or accessories! :)

Great service, fair very knowledgeable staff. MW (Mas?) was fantastic with his email explaining thoroughly what would be the advantageous and drawbacks changing my OPUS carbon 2x10 speed XC bike to a 1x12. Not many people would take the time to be so honest and send a lengthy email explaining everything in great detail.Thoroughly impressed and even though Bike Depot and Silent Sports are close to my home in North York, I will only come to your location in the future. This is the reason your shop is so well respected, well done!
