1. Expertise of staff. Brent was very knowledgeable and friendly.
2. Staff said hello and made eye contact when we popped in.

4. We purchased a water bottle cage, and Brent kindly attached that for us right away—much appreciated!

Excellent and friendly service!
The staff at Sweet Pete’s is very helpful and friendly. Their offer to pick up and drop off your bike for a tuneup has saved me so much hassle as one of my bikes is a tandem that would never fit in my car. I’ve received both bikes back now and they’re a pleasure to ride again.

That 10 is easy because I already do it all the time. You guys have a great selection, fair prices, and fantastic service. I’m not monogamous when it comes to bike shops, but if I need a part I’ll always check you guys, C&L, Gears, and maybe MEC (though I still haven’t forgiven them for breaking the co-op and really only buy their bio degreaser because it’s the best bang-for-buck one I’ve found).
Great service! Chris was very helpful and nice to deal with. Unfortunately, it came down to the bike, and my son chose another option that was available at a different store. We will be back though!

The service is great. I really appreciate the spring pickup and dropoff service for tune ups. It really made a huge difference for me as a working mom to have that option since managing everything all at once makes it hard to plan for bike repairs.
