Did an online order. Order was prepared quickly and the associate was great in getting the order and making sure the helmet fit.

Unfortunately I didn't get his name but the staff member (dark skinned, young (at least to me!)) who helped put a travel top tube bag that I had just purchased onto my gravel bike was exceptional - very helpful, spent the time to get it right (the bolts that came with the product were useless). It's staff like that that keep people coming back to certain bike stores. It was near the end of the day (around 5) on Friday December 27.
