Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff with reasonable prices.
With a Last minute urgent request - Mechanic manager and mechanic made time to give me some feedback before and after service; including take a look and make the easier adjustments as opposed to 'leave the bike here we will look at it next week.' Specifically assessed and adjusted repeatedly loosening headset and offered thoughts on design issues; offered some theories on shifting issue. Retail staff were helpful; walked around and discussed products. Washroom for the public is nice too.
Very knowledgeable staff. Brent was excellent with his advice and made me feel right at home and there was no pressure.

I ordered my bike and added some extra accessories (back rack and fenders). When I received the email that the bike was ready, the Accessories were not installed and then the rack was not in stock. I waited an extra hour for them to add the fenders but the rack was not available. Extremely disappointing given that the pick up was delayed to begin with and now the extras that were within the stores control were not taken care of. I even called the store ahead of leaving my house as the store is not close by and this still occurred. Quality of goods is great but the customer service was poor
The service is great: friendly, professional, never-pushy.
My only complaint is that sometimes the prices seem high, but I don't know how much that can change.
Overall, Sweet Pete's is a great bike shop.

Great sale and helpful staff. Luna provided exceptional service—kind, patient, flexible, attentive. It’s so rare to find that these days. Also thought the follow up care offered with the purchase of a new bike was great.
Over the past 15–20 years, I have always had excellent service at Sweet Pete's, even though my visits to your store have been sporadic.
This week, the person who helped me at the cash did so without ever making eye contact with me or stopping the conversation that he was having with a dude in a Sweet Pete's kit. He pushed the POS machine towards me and said "it's ready".
I had placed some packs of scratch chews on the counter, but I was actually there to collect an online order.
Over the years, my family has purchased 4 bikes from Sweet Pete's, we have purchased clothing, mountain bike shoes, and various miscellaneous items, and on occasion, we have brought some of our bikes in for repairs.
I was not impressed with the service I received because it is so unlike what I am used to at Sweet Pete's and at other bikes shops in the city. I live in the east end, and I can't see myself travelling across town to your bike shop again anytime soon.

Ordered gear online and the product met and exceeded all my expectations! Was packed and shipped promptly and arrived in good time! I was sent a follow up email to confirm tracking and shipping info which was much appreciated, and I even have to commend the carrier they use (ICS) for the swift delivery and conscientious placement of the package by my door!
