I just want to thank John Fornasier for his amazing support on my order Phone number removed47-026. He has been very responsive, knowledgeable, and generous. I even got $25 credit when I shop with sweet pete's next time. I was a bit not satisfied about the order been out of stock when website clearly state they were, but not anymore, I am very happy with how Josh handled it! Will recommend my friends to shop at sweet petes should they need some gears. thanks
I like that you're a local shop that's an institution for the neighbourhood. Your staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Most recently your parts/repair team helped me source an obscure 1.5" stem/headset spacer for an old Cannondale that I thought we be a much bigger problem to track down. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
